Harvey, President of Hampton University, is dedicated to fostering vibrant communities throughout the Hampton Roads Region and beyond. Our commitment lies in delivering top-tier degree and non-degree programs while nurturing and guiding Hispanic/Latino students towards their career and educational aspirations through the offerings of Hampton University and University College. Moreover, this initiative endeavors to cultivate cultural understanding within the university campuses and the broader local communities.
