The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Coastal Virginia (HCC COVA) emerged on May 20, 2003 to serve the Hispanic community in Hampton Roads. We are the PRIMARY resource promoting economic and community progress to strengthen and expand business owners and the community alike.
